Photo Requirements & Editing
Choose the right photo: For a sharp finish, please upload a square PNG or JPEG image of 1000 × 1000 pixels or higher, featuring a portrait or a clean cutout of your subject. Well-lit photos with the subject clearly visible help create a cleaner, more polished-looking ornament.
Photo rights: Please upload only photos you own or have permission and the necessary rights to use for your product.
Photo editing: Our team will manually center and optimize your image to ensure it looks perfect, but if you have pre-formatted your file and want zero modifications, please type "DO NOT ADJUST IMAGE" in the Special Instructions box before checkout.
Please note that editing requests may be subject to feasibility.
Before saving your design: Review your preview carefully to ensure your photo and other personalization details are correct.

Complete each personalization field one at a time by clicking Continue. Depending on the design, you may be asked for names, dates, messages, photos, or other details.
3. See your design as you personalize
As you enter your information, your personalized design will appear in the preview above the personalization fields, allowing you to see how your product is coming together.
4. Review your preview carefully
Before saving your design, carefully check the preview for spelling, names, dates, wording, photos, and all other details.
5. Save your design
Once you're happy with your personalized design, click Save Design.
6. Add to cart & checkout
Click Add to Cart. Your personalized design and the information you entered will be saved with your order and used for production.
Important: Please enter only the words, names, dates, photos, and other details that you want to appear on your final product. The personalization information you submit with your order is sent to production.
